1.2 Language and Interpretation
The Bengali version of this document shall be considered the authoritative version. In the event of any interpretive dispute, banglabet's decision shall be final.
2. Account Registration
An active banglabet account is required to use any service. Each person may open only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, those accounts may be cancelled and their balances and bonuses forfeited.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.
- The mobile number must be active and verifiable.
- Any change to personal information must be reported to the platform without delay.
- Opening an account with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
- Opening an account in a third party's name or on their behalf is not permitted.

2.3 Account Security

3. Age and Eligibility
If a person under 21 opens an account using false information and this is proven, all transactions on that account will be cancelled and any deposited funds may not be returned.
3.1 Geographic Restrictions
Users must ensure that using online betting and casino services from their location is lawful. banglabet is not responsible for a user's legal obligations.
3.2 One Account Policy
Only one account is permitted per person, household, IP address or device. If a user attempts to open a new account to replace one that has already been closed, this will be treated as a prohibited activity.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Financial transactions on banglabet are processed through fully secure and encrypted channels. The currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
4.1 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be accepted and will be cancelled automatically.
4.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 (one) hour. Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
4.3 Transaction Terms
- Users must use a payment account registered in their own name.
- Use of a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited.
- banglabet reserves the right to hold and investigate any suspicious transaction.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
banglabet takes a firm stance against money laundering. If a user appears to be involved in suspicious transactions, the platform reserves the right to investigate and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
New members at banglabet receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 (twenty) times.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility Terms
- Each bonus has its own terms and validity period, which will be stated on the promotions page.
- The welcome bonus may not be claimed more than once per account.
- Bonus funds may not be transferred to another account.
- If bonus terms are violated, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Program
The banglabet VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The weekly cashback rate varies by tier: up to 0.5% for Bronze, up to 1.0% for Silver and up to 1.5% for Gold. Cashback is paid on the week's net losses at the applicable rate.
5.3 Promotion Changes
banglabet may discontinue any existing promotion, change its terms or launch new promotions at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the site.
6. Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed to participate in sports betting, casino games and other activities on banglabet.
6.1 Validity of Bets
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless the platform does so for a specific reason.
- banglabet reserves the right to cancel bets placed at abnormal odds due to a technical error.
- Whether a bet placed after an event has started is valid will be determined according to in-play rules.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Automated betting via bots or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Match fixing or placing bets based on insider information.
- Exploiting bonuses in an abusive manner (bonus abuse).
- Coordinating bets across multiple accounts.
6.3 Result Determination

7. Account Suspension and Closure
7.1 Closure at the User's Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. The available balance may be withdrawn at the time of the request, provided the bonus terms have been met.
7.2 Suspension or Closure by the Platform
banglabet may suspend or close an account without prior warning in any of the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is breached.
